Je ne suis pas très callé en sucres alternatifs Leon Chaitow par exemple ne parle que de FOS (le xylitol et le tagatose n'existaient probablement pas dans les années 1980).

Le Tagatose est un prébiotique, et il en a donc tous les effets bénéfiques. Avec un mais mineur... ils ne disent pas par quoi il est fermenté. Si c'est par des levures/champignons, cela peut causer quelques effets chez les personnes très intolérantes. Enfin bon je me fais un peu l'avocat du diable, pour le coup...
